Windows are made of recycled plastic and are positioned in reveals made by the cutting of your triangular boards. Non-opening windows are direct glazed in the reveal and are double-glazed, sealed units, as an option you could choose triple-glazed units.
Opening windows are based in the aperture made by cutting the triangle boards and form a reveal and fitting a recycled plastic window frame and casement hinged at the top of the window with a “stay” at the bottom. Only larger triangular board triangles are used for ppening windows to comply with fire escape regulations.
Under building regulations there must be adequate light. There is a balance to be struck between insulating your Home in a Dome to comply with building regulations and having the desired light for your own personal preference.
